Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and experience integrating monitoring and inventory systems such as Splunk, SolarWinds, and Cisco Meraki. The ideal candidate will also manage certificate inventory within ServiceNow and ensure seamless data flow and event correlation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

CMDB Development & Maintenance

• Design, implement, and maintain CMDB models and CI classes.

• Ensure accurate CI population and relationships using Discovery and integrations.

• Implement reconciliation rules, identification rules, and normalization processes.

Certificate Inventory Management

• Develop and maintain a centralized certificate inventory within ServiceNow.
