For our international customer in Valencia, we are looking for a hybrid ServiceNow CMDB-CSDM Analyst.

EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Valencia or willing to relocate to Valencia. Candidates need to be versatile to work across time zones, including alignment with US Eastern Time where required.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Implementing and enforcing CSDM standards for Business Applications, Application Services, and Technical Services;
• Using CMDB Health Dashboards to detect and remediate duplicate, orphaned, or stale CIs;
• Defining CI classes, attributes, naming conventions, and relationships, as well as managing the lifecycle of data;
