We’re looking for a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, reliability, and effectiveness of configuration data that supports IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

What You’ll Do:

• Design and manage the CMDB data model using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Define governance, standards, and policies to ensure data quality.
• Architect integrations with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management) and third‑party systems.
• Implement Service Mapping to visualize service‑to‑infrastructure relationships.
