Job Description
Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the next phase of its ServiceNow maturity, with a primary focus on building out and implementing the Discovery module in an environment where CMDB is already in place. This individual will play a critical role in shaping how ServiceNow is architected, integrated, and optimized within their ecosystem.

This is not a role for someone who simply designs from a distance or passes issues to other teams. This is a lean, high-accountability environment, and this person will be expected to roll up their sleeves, work through technical and process challenges directly, and drive issues through to resolution. The right candidate will be both a strategic architect and a hands-on problem solver who can tailor ServiceNow capabilities to fit the environment — not force the environment to fit the tool.
