Roles and Responsibilities:Principal Responsibilities· Design, develop and implement Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, ITAM, Application Portfolio Mgmt, Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, UI/UX within ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems· Implement technology specific best practices and standards.· Gather and Translate functional & technical requirements into implementation work package· Design and develop ServiceNow data model to support process integrations, ITAM & CMDB· Design and develop forms, views, ACL, rules (client side / server side), notifications etc based on business requirement· Design and develop integrations using the best option available in ServiceNow, not limiting to JDBC, Web Service Based, Email, File etc· Manage traceability of releases, versions and code sets· Provide support during UAT and testing· Understanding and using SDLC methodologies (Agile / waterfalls)· Produces and maintains detailed system documentation includin...
