Our Client is an established consulting firm urgently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Analyst to support and optimise enterprise ServiceNow platforms across multiple client engagements. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable analysing business requirements and administering the platform — operating confidently in a fast‑paced, client‑facing, and internationally mobile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, gather, and document business requirements; produce structured BRDs, use cases, and functional specifications.
