Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform and related integrations.
- Assist in designing and improving forms, workflows, catalog items, and reporting within ServiceNow.
- Contribute to maintaining high system availability and performance through documentation, testing, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience or exposure to ServiceNow through education, internships, or co-ops.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
