ServiceNow AI Modules Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer focused on designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI‑driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role will leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Generative AI, and Self‑Service) to enhance automation, user experience, and operational efficiency across ITSM and other modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI‑driven solutions in ServiceNow (Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Generative AI, Self‑Service).
• Design and implement AI‑powered workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, APIs, and Agentic workflows.
• Build conversational interfaces, ticket classification, routing, summarization, and knowledge automation.
• Integrate AI modules and external AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI) into the ServiceNow ecosystem.
