The Service Transition Specialist for IT Processes & Quality is a role focused on supporting the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the service transition process. This position works closely with the service transition manager, team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, adherence to standards, and successful delivery of process and quality objectives.
1. Process Execution & Monitoring:
Coordinate alignment of service transition process dependencies, requirements and communications need.
Support planning and coordination of service transition activities (incl. Release and Test Management).
Support service readiness achievement and realization of transition milestones.
2. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date documentation of service transitions and monitor execution (e.g., release documentation and transition dashboard).
