We are seeking a proactive Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and service AV and lighting equipment, manage parts and components inventory, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with overseas suppliers for RMAs. The role requires strong technical problem-solving, good communication in English, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
