You will lead a team of service technicians based upon a specified geographic area or project/customer assignment to respond the customer’s need for service and maintenance of equipment through maintenance, diagnosis and repair of refrigeration, heating & air-conditioning system commonly installed in supermarkets, convenient stores and cold storage facilities.
Principal Responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of excellent customer relations. Fluent in applicable customer systems, business processes, administrative support, etc. Actively pursuing personal development & supporting technician growth and development.
