Service Team Leader - medium and low voltage motors & Drives
This position reports to: Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for the operation and execution of services (technical supervision in field, follow-up, customer contact and resolution of complex situations).
Organization of field activities, planning of service activities for the team in charge.
Direct contact with clients, follow-up of satisfaction and fulfillment of objectives according to the agreed service.
In charge of warranty processes (registration, monitoring, direct response to customers, technical research and supply of warranty materials and services).
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, electromechanical or related careers. Master's degree or specialization related to services and engineering and commercial or marketing studies (Desirable).
