Base + Comm
Base salary: $57,100 - $85,600 annually. Variable compensation components such as annual bonus, commission, etc., are not included in this figure. Additional details on the total rewards program will be shared during the recruitment process.
What you will do:
- Provide an exceptional client service experience and related advice (where appropriate) through remote connection with client in delivery method of their choosing (i.e. in-person, telephone, online chat, and email).
- Maintain an exceptional brand experience and place the customer at the centre of all we do, striving for service excellence.
- Strong technical understanding and knowledge of internal and end-client administration systems/platforms/tools including promoting our self‑serve client options (MCLAW, MSSE & GNPA).
- Contribute to annual and quarterly business plans and establish realistic product and process goals to achieve success.
