Otis Vietnam is growing and we are recruiting a Service Sales Specialist (MOD) in Ho Chi Minh City. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through creating and managing customer relationships through sales achievement, situational problem solving, and comprehensive account management. The role will be based in Ho Chi Minh territory, reporting to the Service Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries.
