Schedule timely, prepare rigorously and organize efficiently preventive or curative maintenance interventions on Kinetic PowerPack units that are covered by a service contract with RRSL (1 line support); Coordinate those interventions with the Field Service Technicians team;
Analyse and resolve machine/system breakdowns, warnings (such as power losses, red & yellow alarms, observations) on Kinetic PowerPack units (1 line or 2 line support);
Determine root cause and prepare technical reports, following system failures;
Organize the implementation resolutions to technical issues in the field;
Be part of the 24/7 support team, on a rotational basis (typically 1 every 6 weeks) to guarantee a 24/7 support world-wide, according an agreed work convention;
Manage warranty claims, in coordination with the concerned internal departments;
