As a Service Operations Associate, you will be part of the Pio Service Department, supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of the team. You will play a key role in coordinating service operations, managing inventory and order-related processes, and supporting customer and brand requirements, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Service Operations & Coordination
- Provide operational and administrative support to the HF Service Department
- Coordinate with internal departments, external providers, and suppliers regarding customer concerns and brand requirements
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, installation requests, service requests, and order processing activities
- Inventory & Process Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams to maintain adequate stock availability
