Position Description
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Markham office.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Experience in Canadian P&C insurance industry
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience (mostly around ITSM modules, ITOM knowledge is beneficial)
- Experience building case management workflows on top of ITSM
- Strong Commercial Insurance functional experience
- Experience in Agile methodology & JIRA.
- Above average communication and collaboration skills to operate in a multi-team environment.
