We are looking to fulfill ITSM Service Now Engineer role in New York, NY.
Our midtown international banking client is looking to engage a consultant with a deep background as a ServiceNow developer. The position is initially expected to be a 6‑month assignment, with the option to renew for longer or to convert to an employee of the client thereafter.
You will be the sole ServiceNow developer and be responsible for all development deliverables for the America region (approx 450 people). The international parent company has over 12,000 employees.
In this role you will manage the existing 3rd‑party vendor who assists with ServiceNow “business‑as‑usual” activities.
Will work daily with business partners to gather their requirements.
Finance/Banking experience is a nice‑to‑have.
