Service Manager
Location: South Yorkshire | Full-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Manager to join a well-established technology and engineering business.
This role will lead a team of internal service coordinators and UK field-based engineers to ensure exceptional service delivery across to private and public sector customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service performance, improving processes, supporting customers, and managing day-to-day operational activities within the service function.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and supporting a team of field service engineers and service support staff
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
