The Service Line Director, Hematology-Oncology/Infusion is responsible for advancing Akron Children's as a leader in the delivery of integrated care across the hematology/oncology service line continuum, including patient care operations and provider administrative management. This role supports the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care and achievement of a regionally and nationally recognized comprehensive hematology/oncology program.

This position develops and translates strategy into action for service line programming that spans the full continuum of care (community outreach, outpatient diagnostics and infusion services, inpatient acute care, specialty programs including oncology sub-specialties, survivorship, and advanced therapies).
