Service Implementation Specialist (Project Management and Process Design/Improvement)
The Service Offer & Portfolio Management team drives the strategy of the Travel Distribution customer learning offer, focusing on maximising the value for Travel Seller and Travel School customers while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and Amadeus' strategic direction. The Service Offer Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the transition of Learning Service Offer implementation projects from kick‑off and design through to implementation and closure, designing, testing and implementing the supporting workflows and processes, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that processes and procedures are formalised, followed and improved as necessary to meet customer and/or business needs.
