Responsible for on-site execution and support of Material Handling (MH) equipment overhaul and value-added services (e.g., spare parts sales) in the Southeast Asia region; assist in spare parts and service inquiries, quotation follow-ups, and order conversion.
Support the Singapore Service Center in service order coordination and assist the overhaul team in completing equipment maintenance work:
Assist in commissioning and acceptance of new MH equipment projects
Provide on-site service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
Deliver basic product and service training to customers and distributors; support technical discussions
Assist local distributors in building basic maintenance and service capabilities
