Review and inspect work carried out by technicians to ensure quality and accuracy before and after completion. 
Execute and activate backup support during emergencies or breakdowns after office hours. 
Attend site surveys, tender briefings, and meetings with owners or main contractors. 
Collaborate closely with cross‑departments to ensure timely customer order fulfillment and smooth service operations.
