Backoffice Support
Work with senior technical experts to create and improve documentation, gaining insights into technical standards and practices.
Conduct hands‑on tests in a workshop setting to ensure documentation aligns with practical application.
Track and manage open support tickets, reviewing each case to check if solutions are available in existing documents, and drafting initial responses when appropriate.
Review and improve training materials, correcting minor errors and suggesting updates to ensure the content is complete and accurate.
Update technical documents as needed to keep information current and reliable.
Examine rework documentation, summarizing and clarifying details to improve usability.
