Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of precision air conditioners, fan walls, CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units), and related equipment.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide timely technical support.
• Prepare service reports, record equipment status and failure analysis.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: Associate degree (Diploma) or Bachelor’s degree or higher. Majors in refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical, or electrical engineering are preferred.
