            Job Description  Industry/Organization Type: Cooling Solutions Provider 
Position Title: Service Engineer  
Working Location: Kaki Bukit 
Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm) 
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus  
Duration: Permanent 
 Key Responsibilities  Perform periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/ WDS and related systems. 
Diagnose hardware and software faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. 
Execute equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to emergency service calls (e-calls). 
Provide technical support and onsite training to clients on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM). 
Build and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with site engineers and customer engineering teams.
