Responsibilities: Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department
