Maintenance & Repair Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns. Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and carry out corrective repairs. Replace faulty components, adjust settings, and calibrate equipment.
Technical Support Provide technical advice and support to clients both onsite and remotely. Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate service records, including work done, parts used, and time spent. Prepare service reports and provide feedback to engineering and product teams.
