A large firm is looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join their IT team on a permanent basis. You will join an elite IT Service Desk team. This role is a prime opportunity to build a high-caliber professional background, serving as a key point of contact for daily technical issues, system configurations, and enterprise infrastructure management.
In this role, you will deliver vital first-level support, focusing on system availability, fast ticket resolution, and exemplary customer care:
Ticket Management: Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents end-to-end using Jira Service Desk.
Identity & Access Management: Administering user profiles, lockouts, provisioning, and permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD.
Infrastructure & Admin: Performing basic system diagnostics and administration within a Windows Server environment.
