Overview
We are seekingexperienced Service Desk Analysts to join a busy and collaborative IT support team. This role focuses on providing first-line technical support to a large end-user community, resolving issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support via telephone and service requestsDiagnose and resolve end-user hardware, software and access issuesLog, triage and prioritise incidents and service requestsEscalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when requiredDeliver a high standard of customer service and user experienceSupport desktop, laptop and Microsoft-based environmentsSkills & Experience
