This role is with a respected cloud managed services provider focused on enterprise clients. Your mission as the Service Delivery Manager will be to uphold service excellence while acting as the customer's operational contact. You'll leverage customer engagement to identify growth opportunities and influence account strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the service delivery process for a tier one enterprise account
• Monitor and manage SLAs and KPIs to prevent issues
• Collaborate with Major Incident Manager for incident resolutions
• Conduct Monthly Service Reviews to track performance actions
• Foster relationships within the customer’s organization to represent their voice
Requirements:
• Previous Service Delivery experience within an MSP backdrop
