            Job Description  Industry/ Organization Type: Restaurant / F&B Retail 
Position Title: Service Crew / Kitchen Helper 
Working Location: Chinatown Point 
Working Hours: 6 days (11.00 am – 10.00 pm) 
Salary Package: Up to $3,000 (Including OT + Allowance + Incentive) 
Duration: Permanent Role 
 Key Responsibilities  Greet and attend to walk-ins 
Manage queues 
Take orders in POS system, serve customers, and clear tables 
Provide excellent F&B service to guests 
Respond promptly to customer inquiries 
Maintain a high level of customer service 
Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant 
Assist in checking and restocking inventory as needed 
Assist chefs and cooks in preparing ingredients
