Coordinate and control daily workshop service operations, scheduling vehicles and/or equipment for service. Act as the primary point of contact for service-related enquiries, ensuring professional customer communication and accurate service information. Plan and maintain service schedules, technician allocations and resource availability in collaboration with workshop management. Monitor workflow progress, service turnaround times and communicate updates to customers.
