Responsibilities:
  • Invoice service jobs and track job-related expenses.
  • Monitor expiring contracts and assist in AMC renewals.
  • Manage labor hour entries and submit monthly OT reports.
  • Maintain AMC documentation and service job files.
  • Handle petty cash, supplier LPOs, and inventory clearance.
  • Coordinate warranty claims and procurement of consumables.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent in English is a must.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, EMS, or temperature control systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
