Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing customer requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians for maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and warranty visits.
