The Service Central Administrator is responsible for managing key operational and administrative processes within Microsoft Dynamics and other internal systems. This role supports order processing, system setup, billing, payroll coordination, and financial reconciliation to ensure efficient workflow and accurate financial and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & System Management

  • Receive and process purchase orders (POs) through Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and set up customer sites based on requests received via MS Teams.
  • Ensure proper integration and connectivity between front-office and back-office systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and system data integrity.

Billing & Invoicing

  • Close Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders and bill services covered under contract agreements.
