Server Application Handling - IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for server infrastructure and business applications
• Manage and support Microsoft services: AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SQL, PowerShell
• Maintain, monitor, and administer Windows server environments
• Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, middleware, and applications
• Support automation, system improvements, and project initiatives
• Perform daily server health checks and continuous environment monitoring
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal policies, and security standards
• Collaborate with teams on new solutions and system enhancements
