Lead local core parts development.

Cooperate with cross functional departments (production, process engineering, quality control, supply chain) to drive the projects moving forward.

On site or workshop major issues troubleshooting and RCA.

New Application Support: provide technical support to marketing team.

Other assigned tasks.

To succeed, you will need

Very good engineering experience in turbomachinery company.

Good knowledge and experience in centrifugal compressor design and process.

Aerodynamic and rotor dynamic skills and experience is a plus.

Good knowledge of English is required, both verbally and in writing.

International collaboration experience or familiarity with smart manufacturing/digital design is a plus.
