Design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate orientation programmes, in‑service training, and continuing education initiatives to support workforce development.
Assessthe effectiveness of educational interventions and implement improvements toenhance learning outcomes and clinical performance.
Identify and source external educational and professional development opportunities, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and certification programmes.
Provide guidance and consultation to clinical instructors and preceptors on matters relating to student supervision, staff development, and competency achievement.
Support Nurse Managers in reviewing and investigating incidents involving nursing students, ensuring appropriate follow‑up and learning opportunities.
