            What You Will Do  Manage and oversee operations cells to meet required metrics and targets 
Supervise Assistant Foremen, Engineers, Technicians & Inspectors; build a multi-skilled workforce 
Drive quality and on-time delivery; lead root cause analysis for performance gaps 
Plan production schedules, overtime, and optimize manpower/resource allocation 
Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to meet cost, quality & delivery goals 
Conduct regular performance reviews to maintain high operational efficiency 
Support Department Manager on cost management and cost reduction initiatives 
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Service & Materials to achieve objectives 
Ensure compliance with CORE values, EH&S, and Ethics standards
