(What the role is) Coordinate and implement initiatives that support scholar development and student engagement through the NYP Scholarship Program and Student Life Academy (SLA). This role focuses on delivering impactful learning experiences, fostering mentorship, and managing events with a data-driven approach for continuous improvement. (What you will be working on) Plan and execute developmental activities such as workshops, mock interviews, leadership programs, and networking sessions to prepare scholars for scholarship interviews and university admissions.
