Senior Water Process Scientist

Salary: From £55,543 dependent on skills and experience. Permanent, full‑time (37 hours) with flexibility for part‑time. Locations: Lincoln, Louth, Brigg, Grantham, Wing. Working 4 days per week on site.

This role is critical in the delivery of optimum quality water to our customers from water treatment works across the region. You will provide senior technical/expert scientific advice to the business and your team, being a technical expert within the team. You will use your technical expertise to identify and mitigate risk ahead of time and develop effective solutions. Asset optimisations will be planned and undertaken on site to enable effective and efficient water treatment onsite. Working predominantly onsite, you will manage projects to provide effective and optimised water treatment to mitigate business risk, whilst maintaining wholesome water to our customers.
