Key Responsibilities Team & People Management Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of video editors (and closely collaborate with QAs/IDs/SMEs). Set clear expectations, allocate work, track performance, and run daily standups and regular check-ins. Identify and groom sub-leads; support hiring, onboarding, and training of new editors. Project & Workflow Management Own end-to-end planning, tracking, and delivery of multiple video projects in parallel (learning content, marketing assets, testimonials, webinars, podcasts, shorts, etc.). Create and maintain project trackers, TAT tables, and leaderboards to ensure visibility of status, workloads, and bottlenecks.
