            Responsibilities Lead the rework of the user interface to make it more intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing 
Conduct thorough user research to understand target audience needs, pain points, and preferences 
Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate new interface concepts and interactions 
Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design strategies 
Evaluate existing UI to identify areas for improvement and propose creative solutions to enhance usability 
Streamline complex workflows, interactions, and information architecture 
Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to validate design choices and iterate on improvements 
Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity, values, and visual guidelines
