Requirements

Must have:

• 7+ years of experience in web, UI, and UX design.
• 1-2 years of experience in a startup or agency environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong range across websites and web/mobile applications, including flows, states, and edge cases.
• Solid expertise in UX and UI design, including mobile app interface design.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Proven ability to estimate time accurately and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present design reasoning to stakeholders.
• Ability to explain how design decisions affect development and support business/user goals.
• Experience creating information architecture deliverables (site maps, user flows).
• High standard for visual QA (spacing, typography, motion, state behavior).
