Role Overview:

We build AI products for real businesses. Clients come to us with a problem to solve, and our job is to understand it, design the right solution, and build it fast. This is a senior role with real ownership, for someone ready to grow into all of it.

You will own the design from the first client conversation to the finished product: the research, the approach, the solution itself, and the case for it when you take the work to clients.

Good design takes clear thinking to understand the problem and imagination to solve it well. We value both, along with strong visual taste.

• Research and insight. Run user and market research, then turn raw signal into a clear, defensible design direction.
• Design that solves the brief. Deliver user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes that answer the brief sharply, not just decorate it.
