This role is the execution engine behind our transformation programs—turning strategy into adoption through structured cadences, actionable insights, and hands‑on change management. You'll help improve coaching quality, pipeline discipline, and embed practical AI use cases into daily workflows, directly impacting frontline performance.

• Run weekly operating rhythms: compile adoption and performance insights, track actions, and ensure follow-through.
