To formulate maintenance plan for new equipment and machines based on inputs from station owners and suppliers.
Perform troubleshooting based on troubleshooting guide from station owners and study on eliminating the problem from repeating.
Liaise with station owners and machine suppliers on continuous improvement.
To train, coach and develop technicians to handle test stations effectively in the area of troubleshooting and sustaining.
To manage and ensure all manufacturing documents related to maintenance are being prepared and uploaded accordingly and promptly before release for manufacturing operations.
To optimize and improve equipment reliability and design.
To execute related activities to meet key performance indicators of department goals and drive for continuous improvement with realistic goal setting together with the team.
