The role is responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the market for Abbott Rapid Diagnostic products across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and institutional accounts in Pakistan. The role requires strong field presence, relationship-building capabilities, and an understanding of local healthcare procurement systems, including private and public sector operations.
Major Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory
Ensure strong coverage of hospitals, private labs, collection centers, and clinics
Develop and implement territory action plans for product expansion
Work closely with local distributors to ensure stock availability and timely supply
Promote Abbott Rapid Diagnostic products
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for:
Doctors
Pathologists
Lab technologists
Organize CME sessions, workshops, and product awareness activities
