Position: Senior Telecommunication Analyst - Avaya



Available locations: Quezon City, Makati, Muntinlupa, Cebu and Davao

Setup: 2-4x onsite per month

Schedule: 8:00 pm - 5:00 am (Can be rotational)

Salary: 115,000 base pay



Qualifications:



• 5+ years of Telecommunication Analyst and Engineering experience in an enterprise environment

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Avaya Aura Platform experience (to include Communications Manager, System Manager, Session Manager, AADS, and Session Border Controllers and Avaya IX Messaging).

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Nice CX One (Scripting and Studio experience required)
